A quick note*: I am currently on maternity leave after welcoming our second child into the world in early February. I plan to return to clinic and will be accepting new patients the first week of May. Please be on the lookout for our schedule to open soon for booking.

A little about the process...

To establish care, we typically recommend a two appointment process. The FIRST VISIT includes a 50 minute comprehensive health consult to discuss your entire health history, review your current nutrition and lifestyle, discuss any symptoms and concerns, and tailor a detailed lab evaluation just for you. This is typically followed by a SECOND VISIT, which is also a 50 minute consult, to review your labs in detail and discuss a complete and individualized plan of care moving forward. Your plan of care will include nutrition and lifestyle modifications, supplementation, as well as medication / hormone replacement therapy if needed.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

At this time, in order to provide the highest quality of care to our patients without time limitations, we do not accept insurance. However, HSA and FSA cards are acceptable as payment for your visit. There is a $10 non-refundable deposit fee at the time of booking. However, unless you choose to pay the full amount of your fee up front, your card on file will not be charged until the date of your visit. Of note, lab orders are typically billed through your insurance if you choose to do so.

LAB ORDERS

All lab orders will typically be sent electronically to LabCorp, which accepts all insurance carriers. Of note, we also offer a discounted self pay rate for labs if you choose to pay out-of-pocket. You may go to any LabCorp near you to have labs drawn. Your provider will specify if your labs need to be performed in a fasting state.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We currently have a 24-hour cancellation policy. All appointments cancelled prior to 24 hours of your appointment time will not be charged any additional fee. However, appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. No Show appointments will be charged te full appointment fee.
